I just accidentally discovered that you can also push both the + and - buttons together, & it'll adjust the equalisation.

I cannot pair my headphones it says I need an app but can't find it on playstore or anywhere else to pair them

You can reset the headphones by pressing all three buttons for a few seconds. Then try the pairing routing (it’s written on the headphones how to start pairing)
Can you skip the back the way? Double tap to skip forward. Does 3 taps go backwards?

Unfortunately, that option does not seem to be available for these headphones.
Just got this. Seems like the only headphones I could find that actually say you can use in the sauna which is what I needed lol.

Yeah these are the most robust headphones I've ever come across. I'm very happy with them years later.

I like them a lot. They are great as far as durability goes. I haven't had luck with many others.
