No. That's oxidization in realtime. He has a high voltage running through it so it transitions really fast. Normally you should use lower voltage to control the color you desire.

The metal wire connecting the anodizing piece has to be titanium or voltage gets distorted.

Fake fake fake 100% fake. The metal wont change that many times that fast. It will change 1 color slowly pending how many volts your using.

Bakit yung sa akin nangitim ? Gamit ko 9v battery , target ko gold kaya sinubukan ko 6 battery pero nangitim lang siya , distilled water at baking soda naman gamit ko . Ano kaya suggestion mo ?

Sounds like you’ve got too much oxide built up now, you’ll have to find a way to remove the oxide. Abrasives or chemical etch will work

Mr .Kiran meshram I don't know how to explain it .when I search Google . Google tells. Anodizing titanium generates oxidation on the metal surface, bringing out the metal's brilliant colors without using patinas, dyes, or chemicals. The color changes depending on the amount of oxidation.

Light refraction. Think of a prism.. the thickness of the titanium oxide refracts the light , the thicker/thinner the oxide layer, the different wavelengths of light gets reflected and refracted while the others don’t
