Dear aspirant, there will be no issue with any religious or cultural dress, gear (beard included) etc., in the Civil Service Examinations (including Interview).

Brother having beard is not a problem. But the mindset of interviewer may be different . Interviewer may not be muslim.But without beard delivering your points may give positiveness.
