The Bible. I know that might seem like I'm saying the obvious, but I see it as this; there are many books that can entertain, but they are just words for the sake of fun or knowledge, but The Bible offers words for healing, love, devotion, and purpose. And not just the words or the meaning behind them, but the very words themselves, even if I do not understand with my earthly mind, my spirit does and I feel this flooding of goodness wash over me. The Bible is the best book, and the greatest author is God, because His story plays out in front of our eyes.

I've gone through seasons when I felt abandoned by God only to see that once I get through that season I see how God was with me and used that time to make me stronger as well as my faith. When I ask God for something, about the time I think God isn't going to make it happen I notice some event or action that let's me know He is there and that He is working on His schedule and I know someday it will come.

Jesus’s humanity does not erase His divinity. Fully God and fully human. You can not just look at Jesus as human. That is following right in with a false belief from the enemy. Jesus couldn’t fall to temptation the way Adam and Eve did because He is God.

What a wonderful and powerful and impactful reminder that God never fails.

I absolutely love the way she explains it, and her passion and excitement she is filled with the holy Spirit I have become an avid watcher of your channel and leg me tell u I laugh I cry I am a big ball of emotions but the one thing I always walk away with is comfort and a smile.

Wow, this was something I urgently needed to hear, knowing that what the enemy has to offer cannot truly be given to me because he doesn't have it in the first place was eye-opening. What he offers, it's empty. Because everything that is good, is from God only, because HE is good. I feel free now that I know this truth. I've been living in sin because it seem like having all what God offers but 'the easy way' just like Sadie said, with no 'sacrifices' apparently. It's so hard to consider God enough when you don't know who he really is and his promises. That's why the world looks tastier and more appealing, but it's all because of ignorance and not spending time getting to know God. Blessed and grateful for this message. I pray it touches more people just like me who have been living far from God and deceived by the enemy. I pray that more eyes will be open. In Jesus name, amen. 🙏🏻

Wow just finished “the hidden years” such a good book. I read about temptation, the wilderness, and how God keeps his word. I wrote “the enemy knows the word of God” in a chapter.Amen I love you Jesus. I will fear no evil for you are with me.

The bible speaks clearly about the idea of women teaching the church in it's entirety. And this message was such beautiful one. I remember the words ' The truth remains the same though the world changes their opinions'. But it seems like this church chooses to follow the world when the scripture says what says in 1 timothy 2:12. Such a wonderful sermon from that woman but as she says the devil make you see the good in things that just simple wrong. FOLLOW THE SCRIPTURE and GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

This comment is not meant to detract from what Sadie has spoken, because it’s so obvious she is filled with the Spirit! She is a blessing to this world. Rather, I want to provide further proof of the points in her message about how important it is to know God’s word and not allow Satan (or our own lack of understanding) to manipulate it. She speaks on the passage of scripture in Genesis 3 where Satan tempts Eve and convinces her to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Notice that when Eve repeats what God told her about the boundaries He set in the Garden, SHE misquotes God by saying they were told not even to TOUCH it. God never said that, according to what is written in Genesis 2. This is a prime example of how we can misinterpret God’s word by either not listening, or by simply misunderstanding. Truly, she took the boundary even further than what was set by God. Of course, she shouldn’t touch the fruit because that strengthens temptation that could cause sin. She should choose to stay away. However, when she misquoted God, Satan knew that. I would even imagine that because she thought she’d die when she touched the fruit, she DID touch it as Satan encouraged her, saw she didn’t die, and probably questioned what God actually did say. As Sadie wisely said, Satan knows God’s word. And based on your speech and actions, he can see when you don’t. He saw it in Eve, and he sees it in us. Take care and know that you have a real enemy who hates you with the full strength of hate. He will deceive you, he will use others to deceive you, and he’s not to be brushed aside because we know God is greater. Satan had a legion of fallen angels that were IN THE PRESENCE of God, in the heavenly realm. And yet, they were tempted by Satan to revolt and rebel. Do not ever think you are above his schemes. If he dared to tempt Christ, he will not think twice about tempting you.

Awesome message! You know, I like how she said that if Jesus took the temptation, we would have ended up right back where we started. I find it very real that in the beginning of Old Testament we see a wedding (Adam and Eve) and then we see their temptation. In the beginning of the New Testament, we see Jesus being tempted, resisting the temptation, and then doing his first miracle at a wedding. It was almost as if God was working backwards. Then as the story continued in the Old Testament, we saw Cain kill Abel representing a broken family. In the New Testament we see Jesus calling disciples, representing a family being built. God sends a flood to get rid of evil people in the Old Testament. John the Baptist initiates baptism (with water just like in the flood) and the repentance of sin to help people change their mind from evil to good. Noah's family is the only family that survives the flood in the Old Testament. Baptism and the repentance of sin in the New Testament helps a multitude of families overcome death and prepares their hearts to receive the Gospel.

Hi Life.Church, I had a question that I was hoping to receive an answer to. The bible talks about women not teaching in the church on multiple occasions. (See 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 and 1 Timothy 2:12.) While I think Sadie had some great things to say, does having her teach the congregation in a church setting go against teachings in the Bible?

Right now I feel lost. I recently lost my job, last month. I don't have money for June's rent.. I am behind on my car payments.i am behind on my bills. The want to repossess my car. I am getting an eviction notice tomorrow. And I have 5 days to come up with the rent or I have to move out. I have no money to move or any place to go. I just checked my bank account and I have 2.36 in my bank account. I can't even put gas in my car. I have applied for over a dozen jobs since I lost mine and nothing so far. I have had 3 interviews and nothing came from it. I can't even buy groceries or even milk. The only thing that was paid this month was my cell phone bill because it is very inexpensive. 35.00 with tax. At least I have a phone. I can't pay my internet bill. Which I need to apply for jobs. I don't have cable. I don't drink, do drugs or smoke. I go to church regularly. I believe. I have been putting the negative thoughts out of my mind and saying I will get help. I have been saying this since I lost my job. On top of this I have a good friend who is in an abusive relationship and I said to her I will get you and your daughter out here to the West Coast of Canada from back east in Canada. The daughter is not his, she is 3 years old and is being yelled at daily. The little girl is being traumatized. My friend is being physically and emotionally abused. I have a spare room and said she can stay with me for as long as she wants. I found a free physiologist for her. I was supposed to bring her out this month. Now I have no way of helping her and I am going to homeless. I am more worried about her and getting her out her and have a place to stay. I know I will have a job again. Don't know when, but I will. I have no rent money for this month or next month or for anything else. I believe in God. I am just struggling right now and don't know where to turn
