    I'm always tired until nighttime. Then I have all the energy in the world. I've actually gone on a 2 mile jog at 2 AM.

    Hard work = more sleep, don't fight it. If I want that extra hours of free time, I'll skip the dam work out and do another hobby. You have to plan a schedual for everything you do because everything will make you tired no matter how much energy you have. Days are short and you're body can only handle so much, plan it out.

    Oh my god. I feel foolish that I never realized this. I'm 41 now and decided to start working out, getting in shape to better myself. Lost 50 Lbs feeling slim and trim and slimmer than I was in high school. However I'm not as strong, so I starting light training, barbells, pull ups, situps, squats, push ups.

    I'm impressed to be completely honest most weight lifters and strenght coaches do no stress this enough. sleep and rest (being anabolic) is vital. keep preaching man more power to you.
