I've watched several other ClickUp tutorials and have been soooo overwhelmed. I learned more from this short video than the hours I've watched before this. The suggestion to use custom categories for status and just have To Do/Done was an Aha! moment for me. Also the resetting recurring tasks instead of creating new tasks is a hidden gem!

Yay! So glad to hear! I love playing around with all the settings in clickup so I’ll be sure to share more tips! It’s been a lifesaver for my personal life as well.

You're heaven sent. So many people on here put up content and don't even have their folders organized. You helped me alot. Appreciate you 💜

I found this video really useful to see some power features of ClickUp. Thank you for making this! I am trying to move from using multiple tools like Trello and OneNote for personal use. I was so intrigued by your morning and evening routines because I am creating something on similar lines :) plus a schedule for cleaning that I am trying to move from Trello to ClickUp. I wish could take a peek into your tasks and routines. Do you have a template by any chance for those things? I am also looking into creating a habit tracker in ClickUp.

I'm curious if you ever used Asana or Trello before ClickUp? I switched from Asana because ClickUp works better for my biz. Thanks for the tips too, I'm learning new things every day!

Yes I’ve used both in the past before. I loved asana and how it looks but it was far too pricey especially since I don’t have a team. The templates in clickup are so powerful too!

Btw, which software did you use to record your screen? Camtasia, Loom, OBS? 🌞

For this video I used loom, but I actually use vmaker now which is a lot cheaper. Here is my referral link if you’d like to check it out. My most recent video was recorded using this animaker.grsm.io/WENDAFUL

Your thumbnail makes it look like you are using Clickup on an iPad with all the features of desktop... You are not. The iPad app is horrible.

I use clickup on my iPad through the browser and saved it as a bookmark. It works just like the desktop on my iPad that way.
