    The recruitment industry has changed so much now... Usually, message mentioned time and date now and you also get email notifications for voicemails on your email with an audio file so you can listen to them. we have to leave a short message crisp and to the point... It should be of there interest and they should not think that you are one of those 30 recruiters calling them day in and day out... I find texting is more effecting then leaving 2-3 voicemails... nowadays we have TextNow which offers you a free number and unlimited texts on USA and Canadian numbers.

    @@disha3182 you should focus on how the job can benefit the candidate and at the same time you need to figure out the rate that you have in hand is the same as the market or less or more. You should do some research online to understand what is the cost of living if you are looking for a relocation candidate. Do let the candidate know about the benefits if you are offering etc. I would suggest you to grab a copy of Nail The Deal and complete it. You will have better clarity of work and process.
