I'm 9 years old and I'm starting a book club this summer with my two cousins my mom is gonna help me set it up and make it into a business.

Love the party themes coordinating with the book (in person and virtual)! Participating in book clubs has expanded my reading genres and I have enjoyed numerous books that I probably may not have ever chosen to read on my own!

I agree. I have definitely read some books that I otherwise would have never chosen. It is nice to expand your horizons.

Thank you for the tips, I just started a book club with family and friends and I’m nervous. Even though I know the people I feel nervous to lead the club. But I think it will be successful. At least the first meeting. Hopefully they love it and want to continue lol

I'm excited about starting one with my church's small groups. We'll be discussing faith based fiction over dinner. That's the plan anyway and your tips are appreciated. Just wondering if it's better to do a ladies only? Since it's at my home, I'd like for it to stay under 10 ppl. Do you prefer it co-ed or more intimate with just gals?

My book club always goes on longer because we like to chat!
