Your tips are amazing! I’ll keep some of the tips in my head! Ngl I always wanted to become a MR but this is just my 2nd day as a KL! Thank you so much tho you just made me learn something new and brave! You are a wonderful person!

Yes it is!

These tips worked for me so make sure to follow them! I also recommend reading the guide on their communications server! Kitchen Leaders, make sure to not give up! Have 1 friend on those hard moments on where you want to give up.

Someone might have made a report about yourself or the customer, that is the main reason why.

I recommend using text replacements, which there is tutorials on youtube, but personally, I use notes app, and use it in picture-in-picture meaning I can use the notes app to copy and paste and it only takes up a part of my screen. I recommend searching on youtube for tutorials!

I know I am late in all but a Manager asked for my time zone. In the promotion guide it says Once you’ve been noticed working hard, you will be sent a message asking for some information. This message is given to you so that we are able to keep you in our process and continue to track your journey on becoming a Management Member. (Edit: Do you know the Trials of becoming a MR? And does it have to be 1 of the Human Resource department that PM's you? Or can it be just a normal high MR?)

i was an mr in 2020, every group is basically the same. i'd say be there for 20 minutes a day, doesn't have to be in one entire shift tho, like you can join once for 10 minutes then like later in the day for another 10. and idk if they still do this cuz i havent played there in awhile but i'd recommend going to trainings and supervise them, you'll know that mr's are there so they can recognize u everytime
