Tips on half moon pose - Ardha Chandrasana - In this video we explore four different ways of practicing Ardha Chandrasana - the half moon pose - with some helpful tips. This is a challenging pose not only because it requires the hamstrings and adductors to lengthen. but also because it is a balancing pose. We will make use of common Iyengar Yoga props, including the wall, in order to refine our technique and our balance.

    When lifting leg, it has to be inhale right? Correct me if i am wrong.

    It can be on either the inhalation or the exhalation. Often we use the exhalation as we are exerting the effort of coming into the pose 😀🙏
