Isro requires engineers from almost main branches. I think Mechanical is a good choice. If ISRO is your clear goal, avoid taking specialised btech programs (such as AI). Even CS will be ok.

1. Avide thane placement offers/internships 2. Do Masters in his interested topic if he wants 3. Apply for some govt test if he want some( if he's interested) 4. If he wants to go to foreign universities or do some job there, seek help in you tube and apply for it MOREOVER, ASK CAREER EXPERTS FOR MORE THANK YOU 😃

He may know better. He's in CET, a top rated college in Kerala. Consider preparing for IES or Gate though.
