Hi! I am a big fan of you and your site! These talks help me so much as a gal that is trying to get up and running in this business. I was wondering if you would consider a talk on the complete process to mailing out items that have been purchased on an online store. I get so overwhelmed with the thought of the investment to set myself up in the mailing supplies and then, intimidated with the thought of items breaking and refunds. I need to take this next online store step since I am not reaching enough customers to make a livable profit, but I have no idea where to start...whew!

I am in the KC area and I would LOVE to talk with Whitney on how to get started selling on line. I have a booth in Independence MO and my home is overrun with inventory and I am not selling as much as I would need to in order to leave Corporate America. Great inspiration to know she has been successful in building her business so quickly. I am heading over to instagram to follow her and find out more!

this for sure takes a bit of troubleshooting, and Whitney and I do it differently. I charge a flat rate in my online shop, Whitney weighs and measures each item before hand to get an idea of shipping cost. I do talk about the basics of shipping in this video, and my best advice is to just start with a few items.
