Team Orbis side gainers off height then flash kick side gainer on flat then just cheat a bit instead of going straight over your head

Non-Stop Parkour I was doing a regular palm flip trying to get into my c-palm and I sketched myself out and hit my feet and then my head. Landed on my knees

USE PROGRESSIONS! They make learning flips easier and they can't hurt
