As a Japanese, I'm curious about how those who are interested in finding jobs in Japan find this video. Some tips are gained here. To me, this footage is very interesting, as well designed & sounds very practical. From the mid section onward she provides very likely, realistic cases as example. This is the part personally like & recommendable for attention. As an ordinary Japanese, a video structured this way comes with a bit of surprise & rare. The best part I wish you guys to capture is made by Japanese. The footage itself carries such nuance. A nice starting point maybe. An interesting try. Let me wish you all a good luck, & try to feel a touch of a very unique culture, if possible through her comments. Don't be nervous. Remember Mr Miyagi? That'll do! Job may be tough, but unlike workaholic, they know relaxing, which would help you much to alleviate stress in the office.

I have spent like half-year for finding job in Japan. It's tough! I graduated from a Graduate University in Japan (not big like Tokyo University but likely the biggest University in Hokuriku area). I came back my country after graduation and did my gap-year. I think that It is not be tough like that when I re-finding job in Japan from oversea because of my major is researching at laboratory. However, I got so many rejections from companies and Universities. Even I can speak Japanese well and good at English. Before applying to some laboratories, I even contacted to the company's manager and they said that I need a recommendation letter from Japanese University. I even did it. But all of the result is rejection. Finally, I think that If you are European (native speaker) you will get more change to work in Japan (even your Japanese level is not really good) but for other countries (like Asia countries), It's tough! Finally, I gave it up and find a job in my country. Just my personal experience. I hope all of you guys will get your wishing for finding a job in Japan.
