@@dyoung2739 I love her channel as well I am 55 and love all of her classic looks. I went over to somebody else's channel and although I liked a lot of the pieces this young woman was younger and the style choices that she made except for some of the high-end pieces or things that resembled pieces like Chanel were not the choices that I would particularly make or the pairing of dress yourself with combat boots you can tell that with what your younger person would do. Although I did love some of the pieces that this young woman picked.

Thank you I really appreciate the shorts you wear. I was told because of my age I should only wear them longer. That is just a myth. Thank you 😊

When I find basics that I really like, I try to buy multiples! I’m always afraid I might not be able to replace the basic item when I need it again!

Very smart idea. It seems so hard to find good quality classics anymore with all the throw away clothes they are pedaling these days. Designers seem to forget there are some of us out here that like to wear quality stylish classic pieces

@@mariaddubkg531 My suggestion is to start shopping in consignment stores, thift stores in higher income areas. I've gotten quality clothing and shoes.

I have just found your You Tube videos, and I love it! I'm 46 and and we are close to size and skin tone. I have been trying to find new wardrobe ideas. I have changed careers, so the things I used to buy I don't buy anymore. It has been difficult trying to finding a mature, classy, but still youthful look in this small town, but I will definitely look for some items similar to what you have worn. I have been binge watching and taking notes. Keep up the good work and continue to let God use you.

Great tips Angela! I love classic with a twist... I buy a little bit of everything but since I started watching your videos I have incorporated more tailored clothing. I’m a nurse as well and a weekender .. so scrubs and nothing else to wear was my closet.. I do buy a lot when I’m going on vacation but end up not wearing much of it.. so I’m definitely pairing down my choices and getting key basics like you said.. thanks sis !!!

Congratulations on 50K subscribers! I can relate to the wardrobe issue. I went from college girl to corporate to college woman to physician. Uff! Lots of wardrobe changes over the years. I gave away things that I thought I wouldn’t need again, only to need some of those clothing items. Live and learn, but many will be blessed to have your video for a resource.

Can you do a segment on upscale straw summer handbags I saw a women at a resort. And she told me where she purchased it. I don’t see the there. It was gorgeous. If I find it. I’ll show you. Hermès sandals are also gorgeous. But white sandals and handbags ruin quickly ! Love your podcast ❤️

Another tip if your budget is tight, when visiting a consignment or thrift shop, go to the mens section for dress slacks, they’ll be better quality and cheaper cost!
