I am ultimately hyped for my favorite mega, mega heracross, going to be #1 in bug type, and #1 in fighting (until lucario comes in).. Pokemon Go is cooking again!!

Do you know if there was ever an event that gave guaranteed XL candy for transferring a Pokemon to Professor Oak? I have about 150 mankeys to transfer (which are already traded with my girlfriend) and I wonder if there was such an event, because I still need some XL candy. The last trading event was great because you did 100 trades for example a day and got 100 candy XL, but it ended... The question is whether there is a chance for something like this when transferring, because I don't need them and I would rather get the most out of them, I can hold off even though the space always runs out as always...

Good news i recover an old account with many 2018 mons and now i just need half stardust in trades and extra special trades to get a shiny metagross extra large and 2 charge moves being one legacy and a shiny aerodactyl for my megaevolution

Got 50 passes for this weekend going to be grinding mewtwo all day long until i get hopefully a shiny or 4* one. Same thing with chairzard and the legnedary fire dog. Got lucky with the lighting dog and ground pokemon this pass week got 3 shiny Groudon and one shiny lighting one. Also i have like 10 Groudons just chilling.

@@viridhornet5722 No you don't. Idk why people comment if they don't know what they're talking about. Firstly, levels 40 to 50 only equate to 10% of a mons overall potential. Once the mon is 40 it's already reached 90% which is "good enough". Secondly, weather boost for your own mons helps significantly. Also, the bosses have different movepools and some are significantly easier to do than others because of that (because you might be able to resist one more). What matters the most is having a complete optimal team of level 40 counters, with favorable weather against a boss that has a move set that benefits you against your team. If you can meet these requirements, you absolutely can solo a decent amount of megas without having level 50s lol Also, many players have access to more than one device. If you can bring even just one other device yourself, you can join a party with yourself to get the party bonus (makes your charged attacks do 2x). You can also then use a primal to give 30% boost to same types or 10% boost to any type (and unlike mega, it just needs to be in your party. Can be fainted. Doesn't have to be out on the field). Lastly, if you are best friends with the other trainer you bring (even if it's your own) you get an additional 10% boost. Effectively making it very easy to solo(duo) megas if you utilize all of this.

I just said “pretty much”, intending you’re better off with lvl 50 Pokemon. Next time i ask for a raid counter i’ll be sure to hit you up next time🙄

@@viridhornet5722 Lol haha I made this guy upsy because I proved his statement false. You don't need l50s. Having l40s that are optimal counters works fine. Getting a weather boost for yourself, using primals, friendship and party boost is fine in most scenarios. You can very easily solo megas with l40s and you don't need "lvl 50 to defeat ANY at all" like they say. If you don't want the professor oak, don't say something that makes no sense :P
