It is the Armhole reinforcement fusible tape. Applying it to areas where you absolutely do not want the fabric to stretch. Thank you!

Excellent and so different from how home sewing patterns instructions. Can you provide a source for the sleeve heads and shoulder pads - or describe them so I can find them in the US? Thanks!

We buy from Japanese shops, but those shops don't sell overseas. If you search on Etsy, sleeve heads and shoulder pads will come up. for your information. thank you!
