8 yrs.ago i had rhinoplasty ..the surgeon used ear cartilage and goretex..up to this time no problem at all..what you said was correct..cartilage and goretex stayed longest..no extrusion and it looks natural..the best decision i ever done with myself

My nose has round tip and wide alars but the bridge is ok not low. I think it looks a bit like yours. I don't want a full rhinoplasty but I don't know if alarplasty would be enough?

Doc where is your clinic?

Hello po doc. Ask ko lang po sana yung redness cause of silicone oil. Bali nasa skin nalang po yung damage nakayas na po. Hindi na po ba mawawala yung redness sa skin

Pag po ba round tip or bulbous tip, makukuha ba sya full trimming? I mean doc yung hndi po wedge excision na trimming ha. Yung sail po. May chance na na medyo mag slim ung tip na malapad sa full trimming?

Doc next year I plan to have my nose done pwede kaya after my breast augmentation and doing the nose also kasi I only have few months vacation ...I'm here in Japan as Intern Trainee...and I plan for these things...and I need to know more
