It is the top bit not having enough clearance. Just place the coin thing on top or raise it up ever so slightly.... And sometimes it is the sliding shelf scraping the bottom that causes it to get stuck. To make it run smoothly, put about 4 cent coins in the groove underneath to act like wheels.

When i first put 5p in it broke the machine and the 5p got stuck in the drop zone so I got a new one and I put token in it and it work I got the new version tipping point board game 2022 version that one he has is 2015 one
