After so many years of stifling a need to sculpt... I feel like I have finally found the right instructor! I am so relieved! I can hardly wait to buy clay and tools, now that I also see what I need to buy to get started. I am in heaven! Thank you SO much:) I am looking forward to watching everything you have uploaded. You are a true artist! :)

This is exactly what I have been looking for. I am hoping that you have made a video showing the removal of a sculpture from the armature- I cannot wrap my head around exactly how it is done. I will look through your channel to find it if is there- this is the first of your classes that I have watched and have subscribed. You have made my day!!!!

I learned much watching this. I am mainly self taught but know that I would benefit from learning more about planes in a class. I was a dental assistant and studied patients faces unbeknown to them. You are the kind of teacher I would volunteer to help clean in the studio! Happy teacher, happy teacher's pet! Lol Blessings

What an incredibly informative tutorial. Your explainations of the proportions, where to place which feature, how big each must be and the useful tips on where to add, where to remove, how to shape and what to be careful of, will forever be helpful. I will probably re-watch this tutorial several times in the future and probably have a few heads to show for it...Thank you so much Tip.

You’ve inspired me to keep trying. I appreciate that you take your time and explain everything so thoroughly. You’re beautiful and it shows in your art. I spent the entire shift watching your videos. Beautiful, the best I’ve ever seen. I hope I will some day be at least half as talented. Thanks for sharing this yourself with me!

Thank you so much, Tip! That was very instructive, and delightful as well. He turned out very handsome. I think he looked kind of Russian. I love noses also! I had some funny moments during this, where he began looking "real," and you'd scrape him or something and I'd think, "Ooh, don't hurt him!" I really appreciate your time and effort in teaching this. I have not made anything that big yet; I just began sculpting a couple of years ago. At first, I was making miniatures, but now I'm working on something for myself. I love horses, so I've got a couple at various stages -- I'm still working with a wax-based clay. Again, thank you. I added a good bit to what I already knew from drawing.
