Update: After installing these cameras for their deterrent abilities I'm disappointed that the built-in speaker is not loud enough for my needs. Trying to find a turn key external speaker solution has equally been frustrating.

Nice Camera, however, which PTZ models have a built-in microphone?

i have been using Tioc 1.0 and 2.0 for some time now, however i am unable to trigger the siren nor the red/blue lights Via the DMSS mobile app. do you happen to know when dahua will update the mobile application to resolve this issue? i tested these on 8MP tioc 2.0, tioc 1.0 and the 5MP tioc 2.0. i also tried this on the older gdms and still no luck.

The latest DMSS app can trigger audio and flashing lights manually.

Does this unit have a built-in mic? If not, what outdoor rated mic is recommended, and how would I wire it up for optimal 2-way audio?

There is no microphone built in. You can use the one in the link via RCA. www.dahuasecurity.com/products/All-Products/Accessories/Audio/Pickups/HAP320-V

One more question. I note the DH-HAP320-V unit has both female RCA connectors as well as a DC power connector. If I am running the TiOC 2.0 PTZ camera using PoE, will the HAP320-V mic still require dedicated DC power?

@@dahuatechnologyireland2825 The DH-HAP320-V unit looks to be an amazing piece of hardware (on paper at least). Unfortunately, I cannot find anyone who actually has stock of it (at least not in Australia).
