I'm Super SUUUPER EXCITED see you on this journey. I love tiny homes, and I loved the journey of seeing you guys build y'all's mobile home, now I kinda get to see it all over again, from scratch. This is kinda bitter sweet for me, because honestly this would have been the kind of life I would have loved to eventually share with my mom. Traveling once a year and coming back to our home sweet home. But I can't wait to see the joy on your mom's face when she gets to see her own Welcome Home or Home Sweet Home sign in her front porch when she can finally live in her own tranquil paradise with her baby(you). And I know that your sister is going to be just as excited that y'all's mom is going to be somewhere where she will be loved and taken care of and having her own home in the city is a benefit. Oh my goodness! I just found y'all's channel and subscribed! Yall are absolutely wonderful for helping your Mom! Many years ago we moved 3 hours from my mom also for work and later she moved here too ! She passed in 2003( I'm now in my 60s) my husband's boss sold the farm he managed so we had to move cause our house was included... We ended up moving in my son and daughter in love's backyard in a shed to house Looking forward to following y'all's journey ❤❤❤❤❤

We had a place like Stuff and Such, in my town, called Jerry's Construction. I got my beautiful solid wood front door for $85.00 and had it restored. Brand new, the door would have costs between 2-3K. Unfortunately, they closed during COVID, after many years. I wish I could insert pictures of the beautifully restored door!

That’s a wonderful business idea since you guys work together. Tiny homes are growing fast and so so many people are downsizing and moving from big cities. The shed is very cute. Are you allowed to use a shed for a residence/living in your location? They aren’t constructed for residential use and are not allowed for this purpose where I live. Only allowed for storage. We can have tiny houses but they have to be constructed in accordance to building codes.
