GTRV and ReconCampers has you buy the NV200, then they do the conversion for $17,000 to $29,000 depending on options.(Buy van-then buy conversion). The only problem is the backlog/delay in getting it all completed. It's a great size, they can do any year van.

Nice buildout of this van. I prefer, and have in my van, the Dometic drawer fridge. That way it does not loose cold as much then with the isotherm where the cold air can flow out of the fridge. We love outside cooking, so we have a table that we can use both inside and outside and set it up next to the sliding door when we cook. Also the stove can slide out which makes it easier. It does make it more vulnerable for wind.

Since I plan on living in an RV full time in a few years, I've made extensive research on the topic of heaters. You should probably go with a diesel heater instead of a propane heater in such a small space. Propane puts out about 20 oz. of water per lbs. of propane burned and most commercial propane RV/camper heaters burn through 1 lbs. of propane every 3-4 hours of constant use. If you add in the moisture your body produces it's gonna be a pain to wipe all of that water off the windows and walls plus trying to keep all your bedding and mattress free of moisture so it doesn't get damp and starts to mold. The solution for propane moisture is either constant low-to-high air flow which will vent out a ton of hot air and cost you way more propane or a dehumidifier that'll set you back, not only monetarily but also in terms of power drain. In the winter time (proper winter, not California "winter" :P) a diesel heater will probably run you about $5 of diesel on average per week and can burn through as little as 2½ gal. for an entire winter season with temperatures below freezing. Now, this is a more difficult cost to calculate since it all depends on how well insulated your vehicle is, local gas prices, manufacturer/brand, etc. The low humidity that results from a dry air heater is also gonna be offset by the fact that you cook inside of your van, which will create more than enough moisture.

Woll having a vent fan or the screened windows address the moisture issue when using a propane heater?
