I was excited to see this. Happy it has a potty 🚽😂
Hey Nate .... WAAAAY COOL NV200 van ... They did a totally AWESOME job, from design to the finished product !!! Very CLEAN, and practical use of it's interior space too .... "Thank you" for showing it to us !! Rick S. from Massachusetts
I think the vacation rental van business would snap these up. Perfect for a family of four.
This is great, thanks for the tour Nate! My favorite part is the clean, minimalist design. Everything has it's place and no visual clutter 😃❤
I sat through both ads like a trooper! Thinking about it now, you should get sponsored by Under Armour, i've bought a flock of gear from them subliminally from that sweater you rock lol. Safe Travels!
Perfect build,as an older grandma, this van would be perfect for soccer games. Camping with kids and.as an everyday driver.
I love seeing them pursuing a smaller van build, awesome video. I like GTRV’s take in conversions. Very functional use of space. They’re on my radar because of you!
Beautiful home - someone will be really happy in it. Oh wow, another gorgeous calendar! Lovely.
This happened to be my favorite van convention videos I’ve seen so far! Thanks for making it!
GTRV and ReconCampers has you buy the NV200, then they do the conversion for $17,000 to $29,000 depending on options.(Buy van-then buy conversion). The only problem is the backlog/delay in getting it all completed. It's a great size, they can do any year van.
Man that’s my dream van! Love it!!!
My God all these features are my dream NV200 because I didn't know for sure if anybody was doing the "Westy" set-up; which is what you want to go 100% off-the-grid- "Urban Nomad".
I like this set up, if I ever get into this van life, I would mind getting something like this. Nice and simple. Thanks for sharing.
Recon Campers makes a very similar layout in a NV200. They tout theirs as being very off-road capable.
That is a cool van setup.
That’s a really nice build! Feature packed! I’m liking the work you are doing on GTRV’s Instagram 👌
Nice buildout of this van. I prefer, and have in my van, the Dometic drawer fridge. That way it does not loose cold as much then with the isotherm where the cold air can flow out of the fridge. We love outside cooking, so we have a table that we can use both inside and outside and set it up next to the sliding door when we cook. Also the stove can slide out which makes it easier. It does make it more vulnerable for wind.
Awesome cool van!
Pretty Cool van Nate that rocks man thank you for showing it
I need one of those. Great video.
Awesome! I've been waiting for the calendars. 😀 Oh, and the van is nice, too. Lol.
Very, Very nice!
Oh my gosh that van is perfect and beautiful. 💕. Great video thank you 🌸
Since I plan on living in an RV full time in a few years, I've made extensive research on the topic of heaters. You should probably go with a diesel heater instead of a propane heater in such a small space. Propane puts out about 20 oz. of water per lbs. of propane burned and most commercial propane RV/camper heaters burn through 1 lbs. of propane every 3-4 hours of constant use. If you add in the moisture your body produces it's gonna be a pain to wipe all of that water off the windows and walls plus trying to keep all your bedding and mattress free of moisture so it doesn't get damp and starts to mold. The solution for propane moisture is either constant low-to-high air flow which will vent out a ton of hot air and cost you way more propane or a dehumidifier that'll set you back, not only monetarily but also in terms of power drain. In the winter time (proper winter, not California "winter" :P) a diesel heater will probably run you about $5 of diesel on average per week and can burn through as little as 2½ gal. for an entire winter season with temperatures below freezing. Now, this is a more difficult cost to calculate since it all depends on how well insulated your vehicle is, local gas prices, manufacturer/brand, etc. The low humidity that results from a dry air heater is also gonna be offset by the fact that you cook inside of your van, which will create more than enough moisture.

Woll having a vent fan or the screened windows address the moisture issue when using a propane heater?
Neat van! 🚐
Let me out of the fridge! Fun film-ation, Nate!
Really NICE! Thanks for sharing :)
That was a nice looking van you showed us I think yours is better because it’s yours The outside table is cool they’ll probably sell you that package to put that in your van can’t wait to see you in the next one been busy so I haven’t watched your videos lately until now thanks for making them see you again in the next one
Ah I get it, you built this yourself. That's incredible work! Looks almost just like the Recon. Great work!
Finally....the porta potty!.....What I was waiting 4:-)
i have been looking at larger vans, but I think this might be the one for me.
Great use of space
Wow! Sooo nice. However, with the exception of the hightop, I prefer my Nissan 200 self build. I have more room and a warmer cozy feel. All of the ammenities are super nice, but I have all of that functionally yet not so snazzy. Thanks for the video.
@nate This is somehow familiar with the setup in your old Element but the improvements were amazing. I really like how much effort and creativity you put on this. Keep safe. 😊
That van build is so nice!! I would love it, and I know I can't afford it.
I like it much better than the recon.
great video! you really are good at the editing. I think it would be fun to have a video on how you create your videos. the behind the scenes.
Good job, GTRV should pay you to make their commercials.
Came By for that Amazon Affiliate Link! Keep up the great work Nate :)
Nice! Would be really interested in the pricing on this once they make a decision.
I like it the only thing is I'll have them put a solar panel on top fixed
Pretty nice space. I really dislike having to switch from a bed to a couch and back every night and everyday. I like those NV 200s but can’t figure out how to have a permanent bed and space for the rest.
Cool 😀
I like the bed setup and love the popup, but I wish there was a table to do some work on.
Cool like a modern mazda bongo
Neat my new friend
Those windows are rather standard here in Japan. No screen though. And single, swing-up tailgate.
Nice! I want one with the 6 speed diesel...if only in the U.S.:(
I like it much 😀👍
Packed full for sure Nice and comfy to live in Now how much is this Grin I know way over my head but very nice
💯❤🙂👍🏾gr8 build. I would love for them to do chevy awd astro van
Great setup....could us a built in vacuum cleaner like one of the new vans. Enjoy your videos.
It's a bit too cramped for 2 people and a cat, but as a single person-- that's an incredible setup for such a small vehicle.
If they could make one for a 08 Toyota sienna , I would be interested in that top
@ElementLife

They do have pop tops for Siennas, but I'm not sure about which model years specifically.
Another great video. Thanks! Can you tell me about your video & audio editing software? Be safe & Happy Trails!
Yay....a cassette toilet 👌🙄
Question regarding pop top on all vans, not just this one: when you return the poptop to the down position, how do you manage wet canvas sides? Where does the runoff water go? I seems like it has no place to go except for inside the van.
Buy it
Very nice camper set up. But the van is just too small. Fortunately, GTRV makes camper conversions in other larger vans, too.
Does that have shoulder strap seat belt I love this
Was that a small toilet next to the electrical system?
They should have put the power plug under the van, to keep it stealth
Do you know the height of the van with the pop top down? I'm curious if it will still fit in my small garage? Thank you very much and I love your channel!!

Thank you! I think it's just under 7 feet
Yes these are popular here in the UK and are very similar inside. I think main difference is ours usually get a 50 litre fridge with freezer compartment. As example... www.sussexcampervans.com/our-vans/nv200-campercar
Did the van cell ?
They just added those windows from the European version of the van it's basically half of a French
why is that pop top and sides higher and wider then yours? was that size build upon the request of the ower?
@ElementLife
4 жыл бұрын
Mine was a bit of prototype. They've since altered the design and increased the size of the upper bunk.
Where can I buy the bed seat? America is horrible at small van campers.
Legit
You can’t use the kitchen? Why?
beautiful set up. but still too small. want class b rv better. has wet bathroom and decent refrigerator. plus way too expensive.thanks nate
@peterdods425

That's still a class b
Is this van still for sale?
You still a browns fan nate?
to stay warm during cold and freezing nights you should consider getting a mexican blanket made by a company called San Marcos. Trust me it is all you will ever need to keep warm.
@razor3003

...or get a Chinese heater:)
Wide enough for 2 people? I don't think so! Unless you don't move when you sleep.
Joli
I wish the seat could roll all the way back. You loose allot of room when it up
Very cOOl van ,,,,,, I'd like a calendar of you with minimal attire please ;)
Thanks! One question. Why would you want the hassles of a propane heater if you could just turn on your engine? Doesn’t a small van like that heat up quickly?
@VANquishedAdventures
4 жыл бұрын
Heats up and cools down just as quickly. No one wants to have to turn their vehicle on every couple hours.

Nice for Canadians, but I just hook up my Jackery 240 to a 12V electric blanket and a MyHeat Ceramic.

@@thomaswelch5164 what am I missing? MyHeat looks like 200w. Wouldn't that kill than Jackery in about an hour?

It’s just for in between engine runs. A bigger one would be better, of course.
O.. my gosh.. Cleveland bestroyed Buffalo yesterday... I have a son in Buffalo.. He is very sad.
Since you do a lot of work for gtrv why not have them do your conversion and trade it out for your services?
I love your van Nate. But I got to admit I love this van better. I bet they will ask $55k or more for it.

Can you tell me the price for this vehicle?

I'm pretty sure arm and leg. 😂😂
Too bad that Nissan is not shipping any vans to North America now.
Nice frig., but not worth $800.00
Soooooo I just watched one long commercial 🤔😆
Is this a sponsored video / advertisement? Because it sure looks and sounds like one. I generally like your videos, but I am not a fan of adverts.

Translation: cool video but I only like videos where people are starving to death and spending all their time and money on cameras and videos and getting nothing for it.
The voice is scary
why is this guy yelling when he talks. lol
Intro’s a bit repetitive. (4sec Still shot - pick up camera & comment ) come on, change it up! ;)
