Bill I have still been struggling with keeping my blood pressure under control it's either too low or too high can't seem to get it regulated. That's kind of slowed down my progress. On all kinds of things.

@@HamiltonOutdoorsUnderstand that. My sugar has been fluctuating causing some issues. Had to slack off on Nsaids & over the counter meds for Arthritis because with heart meds blood was getting to thin. Might stay in pain but hopefully won't bleed out now 😂. One Step at a Time. 🙏👍🇺🇸☕️
