Poor TINY HAMMY! I'm 63 & have severe COPD on oxygen 24/7 for 8 years now! Have to do nebulizer treatments. It's gets so hard to breath 🫁 sometimes I just want to give up!! My Mom also had it & passed away in 2016 because her lungs were full of cancer! I'M PRAYING FOR YOU HAMMY!! YOU'RE A LITTLE TROOPER I KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET BETTER!! My husband, Dean, & I have had to deal with a total of 3 puppies, one for each of 3 litters, who were born with a cleft palate as well as Hammie does/did when he was born. Unfortunately, the first one that we came across was too weak to survive to the nearest city to get started in its life by the time that I got it to our cat’s office. He wound up just putting the poor little 2 day old puppy to sleep. Now, whether it could have been saved if I had take it to a small town responsible breeder who lived nearby, it might have been able to live as normal a life as possible until it was old enough to get the hole in the roof of its life is way beyond my abilities to properly take care of the puppy as I had no real idea how to go about feeding them myself. The other two puppies we didn’t realize what their problem was until after they had passed away. None of the puppies reached the end of 3 days & 2 nights before we found them already gone.
