For what it is, it’s a very nice build especially if you only require the basics or are limited to a smaller budget. I always love to see people’s own idea’s in the tiny home community. It never fails to both impress me as well as give me some great ideas. Some pretty ingenious and creative people/projects when space and/or finances are limited or challenging. Thank you for sharing friend. Take care.

Agreed! That really stuck out to me as well

I just finished mine, I have 2 20' containers that are stagger stacked the top one is stacked in a Z pattern half way under the bottom one with 2 I-Beams, that gave me 2 10 foot decks one on bottom and one on top, the bottom container is my kitchen and living room and the top one is the bathroom and bedroom. I have 8 acres of land on Lake Conroe in Texas and even though it cost a little more to do it this way it was the same square footage of a 40 foot container in a smaller footprint.

So pretty.

Great location with a lot packed into the container! Well thought out.

Vacations are nice if you can afford, but I desperately need a home to live in. I also need a small piece of unrestricted land. In my area, big conglomerate builders and developers are buying all the land to build 1000's of cookie-cutter houses and now there are no small affordable plots of land for individuals to buy. It is so beyond sickening and leaves me to tears every single day.

nice but i would put a canopy over the rooftop deck.

I like the concept but not the execution. I really do not like two-person beds that are shoved against a wall. This means the person sleeping closest to the wall would have to crawl over the other person to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Better to put a set of bunk beds in that tight space. I would also dislike having to eat meals in such a tight space. Better to have a large covered patio next to the front door so meals could be eaten outdoors on a picnic table. The other thing I notice is the location right next to what looks like a busy road. I can imagine the sounds of truck noise and bad mufflers bouncing off those tall rock formations behind the camp when trying to sleep at night.

When they put them close to road like this and so many together on top of each other ,it looks like trailer park !! Das not matter how they look inside or outside, or deck on top ,!! No privacy , nobody will ever go sit there , or enjoy being in park like that,,,,,,it only looks good on video

Pretty typical for larger Airbnb properties like this. Short-term renters don't seem to mind. If you rented long-term/bought I think it would look much different

I don't like the tiny home parks, to me they look cheap, I would never want to live in one. This actually looks nice because the homes are all the same with no clutter about but like you said no privacy. It's a no from me 😂

Right of the bat at the start..If i was the owner of the Airbnb Those stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen No handrails, incline is out of code due the angle And i bet spacing of the stairs (Steep) You would also need a source of lighting Other than that it's a nice unit Perfect for the traveller Looking to bed down for a night/day And scout around

Families make a house a home. With so many homeless Airbnbs do nothing for me. It's a waste.

Too many AirB&Bs....we need more affordable homes for working people!!
