Corruption keep giving birth to great great grand children. OBJ had capacity to set a great foundation for this country in 1999 to 2007 but he was busy with impunity, grandstanding, looting spree, riggings etc. The others are just following his example to the extent that even as there is no more they borrow to loot, remove subsidy to loot.
