This man is clever by half. The last governor of Katsina State, Aminu Bello Masari regretted ever bringing the terrorists for dialogue. Those governors started with dialogue but it failed woefully. Let us have a referendum. The insecurity that was created by Hausa/Fulani during President Goodluck Jonathan's government. They founded Boko Haram.
