I don't really get tingles from anything else than from ear to ear whispering, but i get this deeply relaxed feeling instead. Before discovering asmr videos i liked to watch golf on tv to achieve it. There's something about the golf commentators' voices and the precision and focus of the players that is relaxing to me, i guess.

Thank you Emma! I Always thought everbybody could feel the tingles, until I read about it in a news paper where it said not everybodu does. I never searched for the sensation, it just hit me when it hit me, although I knew some certain people Always gave me the tingles but Inever searched them aout just because of that ;) a colleague of mine told me about her tingles like 1 year ago, and she showed me videos, and since I'm watching a vido every day. Preferably in the evening. It's a bit addictive I must admit :) I've told freinds about it but they don't know what I'm talking about, so far my colleague is the only one I know who really enjoys videos as much as I am!

Thank you so very much for making these videos, you have no idea how much I truly appreciate it. I watch/listen to your videos while I work, they reduce stress and help me to be more focused and productive. Before any of the ASMR videos were a popular resource, I would watch Bob Ross videos, Mother Angelica videos, Home shopping network shows (primarily the jewelry shows) but as a 43 year old, I have known about my ASMR since I was 5 years old. I used to watch Julia Child cooking shows. If you are curious what causes your viewers to get the tingles? Your VOICE. The wet sounding voice specifically. Wet voice, wet lips. The way a voice sounds when you have a piece of candy or gum in your mouth. It doesn't require whispering, if you have the wet lip, wet voice sound... My entire head tingles! It's the most euphoric feeling ever. Thank you again!!!

New favourite! I love jewelry, and show and tells. This is the best of both worlds! It's funny you mentioned the shopping channel. I used to put it on sometimes late at night when I couldn't sleep and found it relaxing, and my boyfriend thought I was nuts. A new favourite is an art show that comes on sometimes that shows people giving art tutorials or just films them painting and or drawing, and I find it so relaxing and mesmerizing.

This really helped me to relax after a hard day at work. Keep up the good work. Thanks this type of video just helps me unwind. Stay awesome.

This was so lovely! It reminded me of one of my first ASMR experiences, even though at the time I didn't know what ASMR was... There was a segment on a TV show I was watching where a woman was talking about and trying on expensive jewelry, and the jewelry store owner spoke so softly and had such an elegant way of moving the jewelry from the case to place it on the woman's neck (or her finger or wrist...) I must've watched that segment a hundred times because it gave me such massive tingles. Thank you for such a wonderful video and for bringing back that memory! :)

So tingly! Missed a bit in the middle, just got soooo relaxed and when I opened my eyes, those red lips, hahaha, in front of your face, so funny. I never really knew how to evoke tingles before I learned about ASMR. One of my biggest natural triggers was having someone look through my photographs after going on a trip. Watching their hands moving each picture, placing them down one by one...mmmm, they had no idea! But then we went digital, boo hoo. I will be forever grateful for ASMR channels!

Hi Emma, I'm a huge fan of your videos. I'm currently 9 and a half months pregnant and have been suffering with insomnia for the last 4 months!! Your videos are literally like a sleeping pill for me!! I'll be bringing my iPad to the labour ward and listening to you throughout it all to keep me calm!! Don't even think I'll need epidural I'll be so relaxed from your videos lol!! Would love to see you do a "draw my life" video there my fave video to watch from you tubers as it makes you feel like you really get to know them!! And the thought of white board and markers is a definite asmr trigger for me!! Keep up the fabulous work😽

It made me giggle when I read this comment, as I am also 9.5 months pregnant and struggling with sleep (as anyone in our shoes would!) Best of luck with your baby. I hope this and other asmr videos do the job of relaxing you - I know they do for me! :)

I try to stay away from comments now BUT I must say that this video is amazing and do not listen to anyone else who says otherwise! I always seem to find the strangest comments on you & Maria's videos, it's perplexing to say the least. Anyways! Keep up the good work Emma, and it's always nice to see new vids!

You know, I think ive figured out where the 'stoned' eyes come from. Your lighting looks to be very yellow or orange, its cast the whole room including your hair, skin, couch, curtains as the same tone as yellow, which will offset any white balances (whites of the eyes or teeth for example). consider using a light ring maybe or changing the lights? if you have white lights and it is still coming out this colour, it might be the colour balancing of your camera. Some cameras auto correct colour to prevent things from standing out in a strange way which causes everything to be the same shade. Amazing video though, I cant wait to listen to it tonight before i go to sleep! xo hope you have a restful weekend
