My a11 hero runs for 2 seconds then shut off after 2.5 years of use. I disassembled the motor unit and found much fine dust STUCK INSIDE THE MOTOR. This is a design flaw. No wonder so many people have the same/similar problem after a while.

Great vid. Mine runs for 30 seconds turns of for 5 seconds runs again continuesly. Anyone else. Only had it 9 months

Same problems with my a10 dash i bought it 2 months ago except mine wont turn on

I have tried all this and it is still cutting out

never had that problem with mine..have You contacted Tineco? Yours sounds strange too... almost like it doesn't have any suction... or something is blocking it... had mine last 6 months and zero problems..

the max button wont work on my a10.

@@jasonmcfarland3696 nothing. Tineco says to sent it for warranty repair...but its out of warranty.

Mine is doing exactly the same. Have done all the same checks. Been back to store at least 4 times and they have sent it away twice in the last 4 months. Bought i it 6mths ago They have said there was a blockage when there absolutely was not because I’d checked it all according to their instructions and they have just sent it back saying nothing is wrong with it and I should clean the filters and empty the bin. ( this is done after every single use) Mine drops far more though. Waste of $900 AU Company just keeps me running in circles. Maybe it’s company policy to do this until the warranty expires or u just give up out of frustration!

yeah i got a bit harsh with them when they didn't address my question within 2-3 emails. Takes about1-2 days for them to get back to you. I threaten return/refund/charge back before they finally got to my question

Remember guys, a normal vacuum cleaner last for 8 to 10 years. I doubt most tineco products would last 4 years.
