Hi, congratulations for the video. Could you tell me why the s 7 steam roller remains dirtier than the s 7 after self-cleaning? Which of the two would you recommend taking? Thank you

s5 blue from amazon is my goto, I think the steam roller remains dirty is becuase it does not use solution with the water

Does the steam act as a regular vacuum without any liquid? Like only dry vacuuming on a rug?

Yes, on “suction mode,“ but the rollers are not good for rugs they are made for hard floors. You need hard bristle rollers for rugs.

Thanks for the review. Does the roller on the S7 Steam get dry with the steam? Or it stays wet like the one on the S7 Pro?

its a little dryer but it does get wet.

Can’t tell ya how overwhelmed I am on finding an easy, lightweight, vacuum and wet floor cleaner for laminate, glued-on luxury vinyl tile, and regular tile. Right now we’re using swiffer floor dusters and wetjet but need something else.

How long does it take to charge these? And is there a type of machine that has steam and non- steam as an option?

@@samhugh4965 Eufy Mach v1 ultra has both steam/non steam options and can also dry vac carpets. It’s a little heavy but because it’s self propelled it’s a non issue most of the time.

So with s7 you are forced to continue to purchase solution? Can you use your own solution? Or an alternate solution?

For the past year, I've been adding two caps of Lysol Multi-Surface Cleaner in my S5 steam with no issues.

Can you use the steam on Laminate? I can’t seem to find clear answers.

does the s7 steam have a suction only mode? is it edge to edge cleaning? Do you know of a vac/mop that is corded, uses steam, has edge to edge roller, and has a separate suction only mode, and a self-cleaning with heat roller drying capability? oh and does a good job sucking up hair and debris on glossy tile floors?

If you have tile floors with grout please do not buy the S7 Steam. I hate leaving this terrible review but I have a duty to let people know not to spend six to seven hundred dollars on this product. If you have that kind of money please buy the professional grade floor cleaners. I totally regret my purchase I'll have to send it back😢 And also the steam only heats up to 102° it only works for about 20 minutes and charging the vacuum takes literally all day. I'm so sorry 😞

@@RamRinconB Oopps My apologies. I sent it back. I'm still searching for a something that will help clean my tile and grout. It's not a terrible product. But in this economy $600 is an investment 😄.
