Looks like they both did a good job but the Shark seemed to win hands down in all respects. Great review.

I have the shark and love it, swivels around everything. I clean the roller after it self cleans just to keep it even more clean then I take a paper towel to clean the left over debris that's between the roller brush and where it connects. Plus I love the price point on the shark! Edit I just realized my 9 year old signed into his KZread, this is not a comment from a 9 year old 😂

This is just the review I needed. Thanks J.A.D! I am going to get the Shark. I have a Shark cordless stick vac and on one site was rated higher than a comparable Dyson. The Tineco has too many bells and whistles for me. I like simple things. I have researched this, for weeks. Time to make a commitment!

Just watching the video- it seemed like the Tineco cleaned more effectively. Also- too much debris leftover after self cleaning on the Shark 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have the corded version of the Shark hydrovac and LOVE it. It does a really good job on hardwood floors. My biggest complaint (which probably also applies to the Tineco) unless it has an attachment - it will miss corners just due to the design. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker when we only paid $130 for it. The Tineco appears to be a bit more 'high tech' but for us, the Shark is more than sufficient for what we need.

I’m just bought the shark and love it. I later started to look into all the high tech like OSOTEK. But there was not enough reviews for me to purchase. But over all these are great and will make cleaning easier.

how does is do with hair (human & animal) ?

I just got the floor one s3 extreme on sale at Best Buy for $299. Came with 3 brush rolls and cleaner! My ifloor 3 broke often and I got tired of it but I wanted another machine that felt premium. I couldn’t bring myself to get the Crosswave max since I couldn’t see it in person.

Can you do a swivel test. When something spells or drops off the tables. Something that involves cleaning under the table without having to bend or crawl under the table to clean. Thanks!

How you can remove the handle?

You have to run water through the hole under the dirty tank in the sink or bathtub to actually wash all the debris out of the inner-vacuum hose running from the brushroll to the dirty tank

Hello, Thank you for your reviews. could you tell me how long these machines take to charge? I am leaning more toward purchasing a shark, but only 20 minutes of use is not enough for me, as I have a large space to clean. Or what other machine would you recommend?

I just bought the Shark. I have used the Tinco but is a pain to clean and put those containers in. I have a Corded shark vacuum that I have used for 3 years now and still going strong and I love . So I love shark vacuums. Will see how this one is.

We had a tineco, constantly getting error codes and shipping back and forth. I know 3 houses that all loved tineco, all three no longer have them. Lot of issues electronically. We are currently getting a refund from tineco

@@poster3452 yes. Same problem. I love my Shark. Bought a Shark Robot too and it is the best money I have spent in a house with pets. I use the robot and then after with the shark wet and dry vacuum and the house stays clean longer until I am ready to deep clean.

Do either of these work on carpet?!?!

I have a Bissell slim steam, good but not often use.

I bought the Tineco and it took over 5 hours to charge, then when I stared to use it the self clean light kept popping up within seconds of using it. 😢

I am happy with my Shark Hydrovac.

We have a tineco, loved it ar first. Our machine has spent more time is the ups truck going back to tineco because it constantly getting errors and wont work properly. Its currently going back to tineco and they are refunding our money. We bought the timeco because our friends had one too, same deal. I know 3 people that got rid of the tineco machines.

I had a Bissell for years, then a Tineco cordless which just died.. but after watching this, I was reminded how gross it is to clean these. Eehhh…not worth it. I have new laminate floors and enjoy the ease of cleaning them so I don’t think I want to complicate it with a floor cleaner to keep up with.

How long did each vacuum run before dying? You say you “felt” one lasted longer? How much? Also, how big were the water tanks? You say you “felt” one was bigger. How much bigger?

I've got a lot of area to cover. Not sure about the battery powered units. I need time. On the other hand, I suppose I could keep mopping and use one of these for quick spots. We have a puppy 😂

I got my puppy in January during winter time and that’s when I purchased the shark hydrovac and omg what a game changer! I love it!! It helped with all the mud and snow that my puppy brought in the house. All I had to do was grab my shark and vac it up. It’s so easy!!

I found out the expensive way that I’m better with corded. They last longer.

Appreciate the transparency that tineco was bought by you and Shark given by company, But when doing comparison of products both should either be given by product company or both products should be purchased by you.

Can us on carpet?

Just to add, the Tineco brand has horrible warranty service in Canada. They say 2 years but in reality, they don't have any repair options and if unit is broken they can only offer a partial refund. And that comes for months of warranty left and can be as low as 17%. While Shark has full term warranty.

The problem with these are that you'll spend way more time cleaning them out after use then you would with a regular mop.
