This is a very delicate vacuum, suggest that you keep it away from children. Breaks easily. Your boy is pressing on two of the weakest points without realizing it. Look at the reviews on Amazon. I came here to see a review of the tangle-free power nozzle. For the best bare floor pick-up, you'll need the soft bare floor power nozzle that I'm waiting for. It has greater clearance in front to allow for larger particles (think Cheereos) that you'd have to crush before this nozzle would pick them up. I got the 'Pet' version because I have a fur factory here, okay it's 7 cats! Anyway you get my drift...

I do wish this one came with the soft floor brush, but it did not and was not in my budget to get that one as well. This regular floor brush has been doing a great job of picking up all of my chunky pieces though! Especially the cat food.

Hi thank you for your video. I only want to know if the brush roll is really non tangle? Is it? I have long hair and having a big problem to clean any roller brush, I don’t want to do that. So please tell us how it is? Thank you))

Hi! So far I haven’t had any true tangles in the brush roll. I check it often, but haven’t noticed an issue! It’s doing great!

@@TheCozyShire oh how do i get to the review video? yes but thereare 2 heads in the box i got. there was the big one for the floor and the smaller one for i dont know what. i cant find the manual. thanks
