I got this in April and it’s still going strong. I love this vacuum. I really want another one or a pure one s12. That way I can have one on both levels of the house. It was even easy to take apart and deep clean.

I have been mesmerized by your reviews. I looked at many reviews before purchasing this model. I couldn’t justify a unit 2 times more expensive to clean mostly hard flooring surfaces. After all if it’s clean then it’s clean...right? This hit the sweet spot of performance versus price for me. I considered the Shark, Dyson, the newer Tineco model and this was the biggest bang for the buck. Amazon had a coupon, purchased through Ibotta and used the Amazon credit car for an additional 5% off my bill and it was a great deal. Thanks for your very well throughout and exhaustive reviews.

It really reminds me of the first iMac Apple made back in the 90s with the transparent plastic and blue color! I was considering getting a V10 but this video pretty much made up my mind for me. Thanks!

I got the Tineco A10 Hero and would never go back to my heavy canister or even my neato robot. Super convenient and does a great job.

I bought one in October after watching this video, and I absolutely loveee it. I can't help but use it everyday

I did a lot of research on cordless vacuums before I bought this one a month ago and I absolutely love it.

Hmm.. my last comment didn't post but oh well.. thanks for the quality reviews. I just got an a11 yesterday and i am very happy with it's overall value and performance.

I just bought this last week and I love it I've cleaned the fans the ceilings its super light weight it holds enough in its dust pan it's easy to pick up and just vacuum and the regular power is fine for my carpet I LOVE this and the color is awesome

Wonderful review. Can't wait to use this vacuum.

The Post filter is a HEPA filter, but overall it does not have any HEPA certs. Funny how he does the smoke test for all of them but this one.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. This is one of the main features of a vacuum cleaner in the 21st century.... Perhaps it failed the test and he didn't include that part on purpose.

he did test the a10 dash though, which performed very well, so you can at least assume that this (in most things better) model should perform similiar

I've had the A11 Master for about a month now, and I am super-pleased with my purchase. I had a cheaper cordless stick before, (a Eureka) to test the waters, and upgraded to the Tineco Master. This vacuum is GREAT. I use it daily; almost all hard floors, with LOTS of shedding furbabies. I'll be honest, I think this vacuum can totally replace our corded Shark Lift-Away (but I'm still keeping the Shark as a back-up, lol).

I actually asked the rep if TINE co was correct and they said yes, but then I heard TIN co in one of their videos so I just gave up.

Is it still working well?

The A11 is not shipped anymore with the stationary mount but has been replaced for a wall mount (like the new S12). The A11 is also available in Germany on Amazon (finally). Also, some attachments have been changed or removed as far as I can tell from their new attachment pictures.

Hi, please do the cordzero a9 vacuum cleaner test, on ixbt this vacuum cleaner showed a measured power of 165AW.

Now that Tineco has released the Pure One S12, are we gonna see a review and comparison with the V11?

The Shark F80 is terrific! Similar situation with the two batteries.

I have been painfully waiting for this vacation all week. At first they said it was delivering Thursday then said tomorrow.

Any chance you could convince Tineco to send you an iFloor to review? I was planning on buying a crosswave for a home that's all hardwood floors and tile with a few area rugs. But, I'd prefer the cordless iFloor if it performs just as well as the Crosswave.

When it comes to stick vacuums I am pretty set in my ways with the shark duo clean. But this has to be the first vacuum to make me sit up and pay attention. It was marvelous across all good your tests. I am super impressed

How long does one battery last on carpet? Right now I have shark ion flex f201, quite a bit older model. I have super thick carpet so I’m lucky if it lasts 20 minutes. I have 2 batteries and have killed both batteries before finished with my whole house. So I got this for better cleaning power and hopefully better battery life.

Wow! $299 for the master and that’s still a fraction of the price of the Dyson V10! I’m definitely looking into one considering i’ve been looking for a cordless vac since my downstairs is fairly open and all hardwood floors.

Do you have the results for the fog test or the air quality test?

We bought this after watching your video for our luxury vinyl planks (which the company strongly warns against using anything abrasive for) because it has the soft roller brush specifically designed to be safe for hard surfaces including vinyl. Turns out the sides of the little black bristles on the outside part of the opening on the soft roller brush head (underside) are so roughy they scratched my skin (feels like the hook part of velcro). The little black bristles on the sides of the multi-surface roller are soft all the way around the opening on the underside. WHY?!?! I don't understand why they wouldn't make those little black bristles soft all the way around on the soft roller brush head. I'm not willing to put something that scratchy on my new LVP. Very disappointed as I was so excited about this new vacuum. I contacted the company to point out this design flaw and haven't heard anything yet. Will update if they respond.

hello my friend found you on youtube after punching in a search for pet vacuums,just wanted to peruse your knowlege on vacuums,and am based in the UK,we have 4 dogs and pet hair in our carpet is a major issue and no vacuum yet that we have tried will completely remove all the hair so just wanted to ask in your opinion which is the best product you have tested to date that will work on carpet for pet hair and is this product available in the UK maybe...thanks lars

I’m not sure they make the master anymore. Can’t find it online anywhere.

The one thing not covered in the video was whether they leaked debris out of its sides or whether the Tineco filters with HEPA or other system?

I have purchased a ion p50 after Watching your reviews and I’m a big fan of it I recently bought a A11 master after your video and I found one big flaw with your testing protocol. DA 11 due to the angle at the bottom near the cleaner head the A11does not fit under the furniture or beds like the Dyson or the shark. I think it would be very helpful if you would add clearance under furniture to your test.

What is better this one or the shark p50?I'm trying to decide between those 2, I only have hard floor in the kitchen but I liked the fluffy shark because my kids do spill cheerios and stuff, with tineco I have to buy the fluffy head. The shark seems like it would be hard to clean?

I have a Shark Pet Pro plus and it fits perfectly under all of my furniture. For $250 IMO it's the sweet spot for vacuums.

@@moonlightdreams911 it’s lost a lot of power. I think there are internal filters that can’t be clean. The shark still works well

I have a dust mite problem, how is the sealing? Does it leak at all? How do Dyson compare on this matter?

It seems like Tineco has changed their names, models and not as many features. Would you be willing to do another video on the Tineco? I am kind of upset that they are now taking advantage of the good reviews and switched up the styles and attachments. What is your thought?

A11 looks like a freaky power tool from star wars Kamino, but good to see the item that lit a fire under dyson's bum. Hope Dyson returns to the robo-vac market too.

Would the Dyson attachments work with tineco?

Great videos, really thorough and super helpful. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. I am on the market for my first cordless vacuum and so far I think my best bet is a Tineco. It's available on EU amazon stores and on a reasonable prices. I have a house that is mostly carpets and two dogs, one with long hair and one with short. Would you recommend the A11 for about 200euros or the A10 for around 120euros? Does the extra money worth it for the A11? Thanks again for the great videos!

After watching countless videos (you're my favorite), reading reviews, comparisons, etc. I pulled the trigger on an A11 Master+ and I am SO disappointed in the suction. I'm coming from a rather old Shark Navigator (corded) and needless to say, they are MILES apart in terms of suction. I was hoping for "semi close" but alas, I will probably be returning this.

@ 03:15 you compare the airflow of the a11 measured at the base with the airflows of the dysons measured at the head so the comparison is not accurate. Instead of 27@low and 38@high you measured 23@low and 32@high airflow from the head. so the a11 looks a little bit worse... ;)

Hi there, I’m desperately trying to find a good Vacuum. Would you still recommend this one? I have mainly hard wood floors, an area rug and carpets in the bed rooms. If you still recommend it, would you say I should spend the $150 just for the additional brush roller head? Or do you think I can get by and mange with the regular A11 hero for $250?

How can you clean the filters with the vacuum without a filter installed

Should i get the tineco s11 tango at 399$ or the a11 hero ex with 2 batteries at 350$?? I think the a11 hero is only 10 watts less but comes with 2 batteries....

Yeah, they are big Amazon sellers. Especially their cheaper versions.

How easy maintenance is?

If you're considering getting this vacuum, spend a little more and get the S11 model instead which is the smart version of the V11 and the smart features are really cool and practical. Their newest S12 version has even MORE suction power and a longer battery life, you really can't go wrong with either. It's seriously the best vacuum I've ever used. The S11 Tango is the one that comes with the hard floor roller head (no extra battery but you can buy one separately on Tineco's website) and it retails for $400 but I able to find one for $320 on Amazon, which is just $60 more than the A11 at $260 (also Amazon price, retail is $300). As of writing this comment, the S11 Tango is still available on Amazon for $320.

I used mine twice right after buying it and keep in mind it was fully charged but it died.. and started having weird on and off pulses

I just unboxed a brand new Tineco A11 Master+ and was disappointed to see it did not come with all of the attachments shown in your video. Apparently it no longer comes with the long flexible under-appliance attachment or the 2 in 1 upholstery brush. Those are now sold as part of a separate attachment package that costs another $50. On the other hand it is equipped with a wall mount charging base which is very nice. So far I like this vacuum a lot-I was just disappointed to see it lacking the attachments you showed.

I only needed to change the power pack one time in the middle of a 2-floor vacuuming binge, but it’s great to know that the back up pack is always there and ready. I do empty it frequently (which takes less than 5 seconds) and exchange the dirty filter for the clean one at the end of a lengthy vacuuming session...so maybe once a week. The mini powered attachment is so efficient and easy to use that my carpeted stairs have never been cleaner. The suction does decrease with some of the longer, multi-sectioned attachments if I forget to use to use the higher powered option, but overall it far exceeds all of my expectations. I’m glad I did so much research because I honestly think I purchased THE best cordless vacuum.

I researched these cordless stick vacuums for 3 months...ever since my daughter got the Dyson V10 Absolute. I love hers, but didn't really think I needed to spend $600 for my 1,200 sf condo so I ordered the A11 Master last weekend after watching this video. It arrived Wednesday and I've had the week and weekend to use all the attachments. Most of my condo is hard floors (tile and laminate) except for the two bedrooms. I was very concerned at the outset because on low power it sounded like it wasn't going to pick up anything at all. I used the soft roller head on the laminate and tile, emptied the dust bin ( I was impressed with the fact that for low power it seemed to pick up everything!) then I switched to the carpet head for my area rug in the living room. I almost had to pry it off my area rug...that's how good the suction was! So though it sounds incredibly low, it's just that they have managed somehow to tone down the volume without reducing the power. I like that it came with two batteries and so far has done everything I wanted it to do, except for the bedroom carpets, which have very thick carpet...it absolutely won't work on that because the suction is too much. My one disappointment is really a non-issue just a fun detail...my vacuum does not light up at the top of the handheld piece. Tineco said that my "batch" was made without that detail. Still I'm on the fence about keeping it since I feel a little corded stick vac might work as well,for my needs...especially since I do have to keep my Shark upright for my thicker carpet. Anyway, thank you Vacuum Wars for your great, in-depth reviews. And I would love to see you do an A11 Master against the Dyson V10.

Although mine lights up on the handheld piece, I actually initially thought (and still do) that feature is a little superfluous. I suppose it's actually possible that your one MIGHT have a little more battery life, since it's not using power for the neon/disco effect (as I call it, lol). I do really LOVE the led lights on the vacuum heads, though. Only improvement I can think of is I wish the handset had a light on IT, for when I take off the vacuum head to use the long wand on high-power in corners and such. I have a corded Shark Lift-Away (which I barely use anymore, like only twice since I got the A11 Master), and it does have that light on the handset that comes on like I described above, and that's pretty cool.

Question: Dyson you have to press down the whole time when using it, which I find annoying. Can you just press a button on this one?

Yes, there is a locking switch right beside the trigger, no need to hold it down constantly!

I bought a A11 Tango on Amazon last black friday but haven't seen anything about that specific vacuum anywhere. Now when I check the Tango isn't even sold on Amazon anymore.

FYI the A11 Hero does not come with an additional battery. Maybe at one point it did but I am re visiting this purchase and only the A11 Master comes with an additional battery. They could have changed this since this video came out.

Depends where you buy and when. They seem to switch up the packages all the time. Right now, the Hero EX at best buy canada has two 2500 mah batteries rated at 40 mins ea, and the Master + on Amazon comes with two 2000 mah batteries rated at 25 mins each. Personally, if your house or apt is under 2000 sq feet, battery size does not factor...both will do. Then decision on which to buy is whether you have lots of hard floors (wood or tile). If so, you need the soft brush roller attachment, which Hero model does not have.

Quick question. I got my a11 in today. Tried it out, love it so far, but noticed the little blue lit ring around the front doesn’t light up. Is there a reason for that? It still works fine so not worried really. Just curious .
