To be honest I have found them in similar places to where I would in summer, the key is finding warmer water. Also presenting smaller baits is key

They’re just about everywhere to be honest, look for wind blown points etc fish the major bite times. Have you got a decent side scan sounder? That makes a huge part of the job significantly easier

Amazing fish! I am trying hard as well on lures, no more live baits and damn it takes time! but reckon more fun

The first was 25lb braid with 50lb fc leader and the second was 30lb braid with 60lb shock leader
