This is a stunning close to Tina’s final show. An amazing performance and the whole show is electric. I’ve already watched it twice since it was aired on the BBC over Christmas 2023! First time viewing the whole show. So sad I never saw Tina live. IMV, she is the most generous and engaging artist I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing (and she really exudes it over video), and I’ve been to many live shows over the years. “Queen of Rock n Roll” 💯 rest in power Queen!

One of the most underrated songs in her catalogue. Wish we can see her performing live again

Eu conheci a Tina Turner no momento mais difícil da minha vida! Foi em 1987, eu havia completado 17 anos, a minha mãe estava em cima de uma cama em estágio terminal! Uma semana antes dela falecer eu ouvi pela primeira vez aquela música que nunca mais saiu da minha cabeça, era a canção HELP! eu sabia que era dos Beatles, porém nunca antes na voz de uma mulher! Aquela música falava de todo o meu pedido de socorro! Shorei muito na hora! Uma semana depois a minha mãe faleceu! Porém até hoje escondo de todo mundo! Más o que realmente me ajudou a não enlouquecer foi conhecendo toda a história da Tina Turner. O porquê de tudo isso? Eu sou um homem de 53 anos,fui criado numa vida muito difícil! Trabalho desde os 7 anos de idade! Nunca tive tempo para brincadeiras! O meu pai, se é que se pode chamar de pai, deichou a minha mãe no dia em que nasci! Porém o pior estava só começando!!!As humilhações que passei foram tantas que algumas delas ainda hoje me deixa muito triste😢!!!Más isso em uma longa hist😢ria,afinal eu não sou ninguém! Quem se importaria com minha história! Atualmente tenho chorado de vez enquanto com a morte da Tina, é como se eu tivesse perdido a minha mãe novamente. Eu queria contar minha história pro mundo inteiro só não tenho coragem. Essas pequenas passagens só foi um por cento do que passei, os 99 por cento só contando num livro.Hoje estou +ou- bem! Sou policial policial militar 🎖️ bem casado! Deus tem sido muito bom comigo! Estou doente a 14 anos! E a minha companheira está sempre ao meu lado!

Love her. So happy I got to see her up close. She and her songs never aged. This one is especially personal.

She had it going strong right up to retirement. Saw several interviews and at 70, she was ready to start the next chapter and enjoy the slower pace of retirement. Can't blame her and I'm glad that she was so thoroughly happy.

I love to watch this - a wonderfully classy finale, to her remarkable career. She must have been thrilled by this tremendous crowd in Holland!

Foi um show que teria exaurido alguém com metade de sua idade, mas Turner passou por 90 shows e surpreendeu todas as noites. A corrida terminou em 5 de maio de 2009, na Sheffield Arena em Sheffield, Inglaterra
