As someone born in 1999 I actually really enjoyed the 2000-2012 so I feel bad for the new gen that didn’t get to enjoy the dawn of the Internet & social media. I got to not only enjoy non social media life & also the rise of social media. Also I listen to a lot of 80s music without wanting to be in the 80s 😂

I'm 59 and I was just playing some of these old school tunes for them today. They really loved the music. Then they found out them almost all their favorite song are samples of our era music.

80's freestyle artist had talent were able to sing create great beats get us all out their on the dance floor even if you couldn't dance, unlike todays artist which have little to no talent and lack creativeness. All they produce is pop music and it takes the artist today to get out on stage naked and acting like total trash to sell their music and get a fan base.
