When it says rejected where do we go in the account to resubmit and do we have to pay again?

have aplied for new generation number since early May and no progress since then.

This now is outdated do a new video as 2024 things have changed. The Portal doesn't have TIMS and the user keeps being directed to the driving license page

I applied for new number plates for car KAY 987U. When should I expect the digital number plates?

I have tried like 10 times and everytime they are saying i haven't paid anything yet I've paid the money very well..... What could be the reason and definitely they haven't given me any reason why they are doing it

What’s the collection process for the new plates? Does one leave the old ones at NTSA? And do they fix the new ones for you at the offices?

After getting confirmation message that plates are out. You can remove the old plates, carry them to NTSA offices, hand over the old as you get the new. Or drive your car to the NTSA's packing bay, get someone to remove the old plates....obviously kuna watu wa mkono who like hanging around there.

I have this customer who came to a petrol station and he didn't pay, kindly tell me how t reach his details through the car number plate

I applied and waited for an SMS as promised in vain. Yesterday I simply drove to the pickup branch after 3month wait. Guess what? They had it printed and delivered to the pickup branch within 5 days and just didn't bother to alert me. They see it sitting on their shelf but won't alert you. I removed the old plates gave them together with ID and original log book. new plates issued and I drove home. Lesson: don't have reliable expectations on NTSA. They don't care about anything.

Hi, left mine midway to take the car number plate pictures and ended up like yours on return. However, no matter how many times I click like you did it still says: There is already a pending application in progress. Please use the relevant View Pending transaction.

Go back to vehicle registration and under application...you will see pending applications

Hello Stephanie...I think your money is still safe. You won't be required to pay again...there must be a reason why they rejected it. Check in the portal and see what is missing then rectify and resubmit

@@mauricekioko mine has been almost 2months now no SMS notification yet. I called NTSA they said those plates are from Kamiti they cannot tell so I visit the collection centre from time to time. On the portal it still says allocated: awaiting printing/transport. I got disinterested.

Did you get the new number plate after the application?

Yes I got mine a week later, but that was when the exercise started. I believe now they can take longer than a month.
