She was talking about how in the same way that the movie Frances Ha made Timothée's sister want to be director, Call Me By Your Name is the film that's inspired her to be a director.

his sister changed her major after watching Frances Ha, and Call Me By Your Name affected me in the same way :) he thanked me later for the question/comment, he's so sweet and inspiring :,)
