High Alpine Road,
this is from the toll plaza to the top through the snow banks.
We were at 2000mts + when we started this video and the top is 2509mts.
the road had only opened the Friday before and at the beginning of April was under 10mts of snow !
The teams worked hard to clear the snow and open the road, and Central Bedfordshire Council take note NOT ONE POTHOLE!
All the footage was taken from the back of my BMW R1200RT using an Insta360 X3 mounted to the rear grab rail with the Insta360 clamp and selfie stick.
Following me up the road are an R1200RS, a R1300GS, a KTM 890 and an R1800 Transcontinental.
