Timewarp TV - UK Adverts - 1976-1978

Hello friends! I know it's been a long time, but I've been "going through some stuff". Got divorced. Moved. Health issues...
I do have plans for the channel but no idea the timeline.
For now, here's half an hour of adverts from 1976 to 1978.
There is a Bob Monkhouse sighting!
This got a couple of content hits, but not strikes. I could have muted them but since I don't monetize I left them alone so it's not ruined. (It's in the bizarre Beach Boys album ad).
Thanks for not unfollowing.
Is this where I'm supposed to say "don't forget to dingle the bingle and share"?

My daughter was born, the sun shone forever, I was young and fit my water rates were £7 a year, I drove a Ford Granada Ghia the rent on my 2 bed country cottage was £10 a week and life was good. Now, we are subjects of constant surveillance, our lives are micro managed and 2 parents working full time can no longer pay the mortgage - let alone anything else. Corruption is the norm, our country is a joke. Anyone who lived through the 70s will tell you, the inflation back then was nothing close to today's. I'd go back to the 70s in a heartbeat - times WERE better.

I remember the 70s and 80s tv era but there is still some cracking tv on at the moment, but there has always been rubbish on and it will seem more now as we have an abundance of channels, not only 3 channels, like what we had before late 1982.

@@gaskellr44 well you’re absolutely right of course there was rubbish back then and it is easy when looking back over 50 years it’s easy to cherry pick the turning point in tv was as you said around 82 with the massive injection of channels. What surfaces when watching these ads from the 1970's is that the Advertising Agency back then put a lot of art and creativity into them: compared to the 'thrash' that now interrupts the 2nd rate TV programmes where degenerate ideas are expounded in offensive scenarios, the ads back then were innocent and family-orientated, more genuine!

I must've really tuned out when the ads came on in the 70s, because I don't remember nearly any of this at all. Brut 55 and Leonard Parkin, but that's about it. Mind you, I was 10, and back then kids didn't get to stay up late, so I probably only got to see the Curly Wurly and Finger of Fudge ads. Plus Thames was not my region, so maybe the programming and ads were very different where I lived. I do remember there being a lot of public information ads, Charley says don't play with matches, and HGV drivers in Sheffield, that sort of thing. Really, a LOT of public information ads. Like pretty much every commercial break there was at least one. Seems a bit Soviet Union looking back on it now. Where's the Old Spice ad? probably the most memorable thing on the telly from the 70s.

Martin, if your collection is based on tapes you bought then the seller could have had them digitised and shared the content around before they sold the tapes to you. Of course, I don't claim to know the full story.

In other words: Mr Goldberg's marketing agencies weren't as brave in introducing the Kalergi plan, yet; due to the strength of the National Front type organisations, as not to 'scare' normies. Now that they know it's too late to do anything about it due to birth rates and the complete ideological subversion through obfuscation and deracination (erasure of history, culture, identity, borders, etc) - They openly promote the erasure of whites. Look at the only adverts showing white couples and white people exclusively: mobility scooters, life insurance, will making services, charity adverts, funeral services. They don't dare have blacks on adverts promoting retirement/illnesses/death. Whites: sure thing.
