It's called Utterance or the door of Utterance. Also required for an effective Minister, are the door of Faith in the hearts of the hearers; and the door of Ministry, as a platform to serve the purpose of God. An effective Minister must have:- 1. Door of Utterance 2. Door of Faith 3. Door of Ministry.
