No mention of window shades, other than the broken one in the back closet. Manual or automatic? Are they functional? Will you repair the broken awning on the back side?

What is causing the defect in the ceiling? Water damage? I highly doubt workmanship would be the cause.

Did not direct that at you Mike haha, we are trying to get that piece you referred to recovered. I’m not sure what caused it, the previous owner told me it was the slide but I’m not sure. It also could have been caused by someone trying to get that recessed light fixture down and tore the material. Water damage wouldn’t have caused that thick leather material to tear like that. Thanks, peace and love to you and the other gentleman who I offered some peanut butter to 😂

@@rvmaxus will that answer would've been the first answer that you should've stated instead of some of farm goofy saying that made no sense. I was making a legit observation of damage that could've been a major repair for someone. My opinion is free of charge.
