You can buy any device that either has the USB A slot or has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. Basically for non-touchscreen cars, I suggest using an air remote control to operate the device. It works very well. Try to remove some of the unused BT connections on your iPhone and then restart the mobile, then try connecting to carplay again. If it still doesnt work then reset the AI Box and try again
