What's impressive is that they can actually sing well as well as the comedy.
The double twist on the lizard people was brilliant

...along with their impeccable timing, impersonations, physical comedy, taking things further than expected, and the darkness in some of their skits - that foreshadow Jordan Peele's current psychological thriller movies.

The 60s skit was amazing. The message behind was on point. And packaging it in that 60s theme was perfect. Everything was on point in that sketch!
the martin luther bit never gets old, great pitch

it was meant to subvert your expectation of the punchline - at first the audience is meant to expect the parents to be disapproving of key’s skin color, then the showing of him having a tail is meant to explain their reaction, only for it to actually be about skin color all along (because they all have tails)
Wow. So well done. Love it.

I like the double twist of it being racism and then it’s just about the tail and then it was about racism all along.
That first one is fucking genius
can someone explain why they have tail on 1st sketch? what meaning of 1st sketch? i dont understand
@thisoldvegan62

Here's the joke: First you thought the parents didn't like him because he was Black. The twist was that he had a tail, so you thought that you were wrong, and the parents didn't like him because he had a tail. Then the final twist was that they all had tails, so you were right the first time -- the parents didn't like him because he was Black. I hope that helps.
