im also in hero mode lmfao, i just got every single monster part i needed on my normal mode acc thingy then started hero mode, got the scattershot like 30 mins in, also something i didnt do is farm for sand cicadas, strich or whatever his name is buys them for 50 rupees each, really useful

You actually can easily farm evil crystals and monster horns this early in the game. Just go to the bamboo cutting minigame that's located in the sky and cut the bamboo between 20-28 times and he rewards you with one of those two upgrade materials.

I've found that stabbing the bamboo instead of slashing makes it easier to get more cuts

Also, wherever you see birds you can catch them with your bug net to collect bird feathers. If you see a blue one, be sure to grab him as the blue feathers are worth a lot

How tf do you do that this early in the game? I can get 16-17 hits absolute max. Edit: nevermind, just needed to turn off motion controls and use button ones for faster swinging. 😆

The best place I found for blue feathers is the front door of the sealed temple. There’s always birds right in front of the door. I just kept going in an out until it spawned blue ones and just farmed about 5 of them in 10 minutes.

I totally did not get the goddesses feather from that chest. I got a blue bird feather. I wonder what triggered it to be different. I've been following your walkthrough pretty closely. Also Dekubabas love to eat bombs!

These walk throughs are great. But in this one I didn’t get two ancient flowers because they didn’t spawn where you picked them up, also that very rare feather thingy you got from a chest, I got a blue feather instead 🤷‍♂️

As someone who mostly plays in button-mode, I've found that the generator will not let you move the fire stick down to the last position. I had to switch over to motion controls to complete the generator. Also, button-mode doesn't let you stop on any of the positions, it makes a clicking sound and jerks a little, but it slides right over them. Found it odd that this seems to be the one thing that hasn't translated to button-mode at all.

Don't full turn stop where your trying to go and it will let you stay there

I didn’t know ampooless is an instant one shot with a beetle bomb, you learn something new every day And those of you who are new players here, you’ll be able to get dusk relics relatively soon just wait a little bit longer

If you catch all of those squirrel looking things when diving for the chest. It gives you a red ruby

Loving the WT, but I believe a chest was missed in the area where the Electric node is activated. If you stand where the node is and send the beetle to hit the timeshift stone the area will fill with sand. To the right of the door (if you are facing towards the entrance) there should be a chest with a random treasure.

Thank you! I couldn’t figure out how to get it. But I wouldn’t stand right next to the node because you’ll sink when the time shifts. Probably stand as far back behind it as possible. I sank when I did it that’s why.

Austin. You dont have to run all the way to that corner. Just go slightly past the round rock before it, turn around and run the path you said. Turn back around and reach the spire, turn left facing towards cactus and run towards it. When you get close a tumbleweed will roll up. Grab it the reinse and repeat. You'll doublt the amount youre getting in same amount of time. Thanks for the help btw

@Austin John, you can double up on farming TUMBLEWEEDS. After you get the one you recommend between trees hang a right around the first tree and head to the cactus in the top corner another will appear then just head back to "your start point". Essentially forming a triangular route. For me 2 each "triangle run". Disclaimer didn't read the comments, someone probably figured this out already a looooong time ago lol. Great guides btw. Thanks

Bro i just run in a circle and i get them super quick i think the spawn rate it based off your camera cause it has to spawn it off screen so if you give it like 300 screen changes and 300 hundred more chances to spawn off screen like you can test it by just standing in place they spawn much faster then just walking

I have almost 40 hours in this game and I just now learned you can parry the stupid shrimp rolly dudes....I just assumed they were too big...this would have made my life so much easier lol

You can actually get an evil crystal to upgrade your big net if you do the bamboo cutting mini game

I had to go to my bestbuy because I was able to order the joy cons with pickup only. Might just encase it in a clear plastic shell to prevent oil from messing up the colors.

Got stuck trying to get the chest in the lightning generator room in the back it's up top left when you enter the switch for the 3 mechanism

Hey Austin I just found out that when you are near the Lanayru mine you can throw bombs at the Deku Baba's and they will eat them time stamp about 8:24

Lol I did fire generator differently by accident I forgot u can pick up with beetle. I ended up throwing the electric balls thingy on the boxes and man, that was hard.

I know a great way to get the evil crystal early! Go to the bamboo chopping game island. If you perform well enough, he will give you a rare material as a reward. There's a good chance you'll get an evil crystal from that, letting you get the bug net upgrade early. Try it out!

You can get one of the weird objects in the Bambu island

Dekus are very easy now: they will eat bombs and you can beetle the stems. Never need to go melee. You just made tumbleweed farming a piece of pie. With a few gotaways, less than 15 min for the whole 16 total needed for 1 upgrade of everything, per my Wii player's guide.

Hey i just figured out that if you place a bomb on the floor the chew chews eat them and blow up. Then i decided to roll a bomb at the plant things and they eat them and blow up too. Haven’t seen you use them tactics yet lol

It doesn't work every time, but I found that going in and out of the tunnel area into the main area respawns the ancient flowers (the one behind the chest, and the one just in front of the last gem), I got 10 with this method!

In the wii version i cheesed the goddess qube you cant get till second visit with a jump skyward slash i think tjey moved it back a little so you cant do it on switch

For some reason my 4th goddess chest is not activated even doe I did strike 4 cubes as shown on your #4 video. Did an update happened? I was only able to open 3 chests and cannot see the other one available…

I was always confused why they called it the Temple of Time when it wasn't actually a temple.

So in the same area at 23:50 there is a treasure chest above you, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it? Anybody know? I tried using Beetle to reverse the time but the sand fills and respawns me outside that little room.

I actually stumbled on a set of the Zelda joy cons at Walmart yesterday. The last set they had. F**k scalpers everywhere else I looked is of course out of stock except eBay for $120 or more.
