Completely agree!! They're invasive to people's freedom to do as they wish with their own property. That statue, on THEIR PROPERTY, does Not hurt any of their neighbors or anyone, and does not break any laws.

agreed. HOAs are awful. They really don’t respect the wishes of the homeowners. even the ones that lived there before the association was formed. They have more control over your property than you do.

Crazy how comfortable the crane assistant is with standing under all that unstable concrete in the air.

If it's deemed an eyesore then it is their business. Most areas have planning laws for this exact reason, and you just can't put structures in your garden without permission.

There is a karen in your HOA who saw your statue and make it her mission to remove the statue. Why did you even give in?
