Xander: Do you thing moving him out of the #1 spot will help him change his approach a tiny little bit? I was trying to find out where he batted in the lineup order when he was with the Red Sox. Maybe, whatever he is thinking up there, trying to get on base, etc. is messing with a previous approach that worked for him. Perhaps move him down to the 3 hole? IDK

what about Mitch Garver? I expected more as an everyday DH player with catcher eligibility.

I'm hanging on to George Springer (.210), Paul Goldschmidt (.179) and Nick Castellanos (.177) figuring that they will come out of their slumps eventually. Not only that, but I just picked up Eloy Jiminez (.167) and Jorge Polanco (.173) from the waiver wire as well. Admittedly, I may have to cut bait on one or two of these guys but, unlike fantasy football, baseball is a marathon and I'm in it for the lang haul.

I never thought Byron Buxton would have been better than anything better than a AAA player. I don’t know who would’ve thought he was going to be good.

What about Wyatt Langford? No HR's in 83 AB's? He just manages to keep me hoping w/his .241 BA, but his counting stats suck. Christian Encarnacion Strand is another guy who's got me concerned. A .185. He seems to do just enough to keep me hanging on. The Reds team doesn't seem to have the firepower they hand last year. I think they miss McClain. Anyway, I drafted both these guys late so I'm going to give them till the end of April till I decide to cut bait or not? Anyone else got thoughts on these players?

@@dgovideos4676 I never had Jones or Thomas on my draft list. I think Langford plays on a better team. He showed the power last year and in spring training. Acuna Jr. only has 1 HR and Julio Rodriguez has zero so I'm still being patient with Langford. I'm hoping when the weather warms up in Texas he gets hot!

CES has an xBA of .249 and an xSLG of .520. Also a 12.1 Barrel%. Seems like he's just pressing, with an OSwing% 7 percentage points higher than last year. Contact rate is the same as last year... it sucks right now, but I'm holding

Nah. Snell didn't really get spring training and last year his first while was rough too. But he's an amazing pitcher when he hits his groove, we're just not quite there yet. If you decide to drop, try to trade him on his history
