Hey Mrs. Fanucchi! I don't know if you remember me but I was in your 8th grade English class in 2020. My name is Carter Castruita and I had a twin named Jack. You also played on my dad's soccer team once! I'm graduating from high school here in 2024 in about 2 days. I just want to say thank you for everything you do. I don't think I'll ever forget your class and the memories I made in it. I know how tough mental health can be, and I want to say that you got this! I also want to say thank you for posting about this stuff because I know people out there can really benefit from things like this. I wish you good luck on your healing journey!

Oh my goodness! Hi Carter! I definitely remember you and your classmates, that was a good year. It makes me happy that you have so many fond memories of my classroom and makes those chaotic years of teaching worth it. I know I will get through this and if sharing my journey helps someone, then my work is done.

There are a lot of good doctor's out there, you just have to find one. Mine is very proactive and offers me strategies along with medication to help get through my issues.
