🎼Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day🎼 Great harvest. I love beets!
Beautiful Harvest, you did so good.
Awesome harvest 😊
Happy belated father's day to you 'you may not celebrate that day ,but as a Jamaican woman i've started celebrating father's for a while now as it should be ,father's should be recognized just as much as mother's .
Thanks!
I grow a variety called early wonder beets. Thats what that one looks like
❤❤❤
Lovely harvest! I'm always struggling to grow beets and I'm in GA too. I'm the only one in my family that likes beats, so I may just give up. LOL

Giving up is not an option friend. We struggle to grow Brussel sprouts here. You can give beets another try in the fall. Its all about timing with beets. Here in Georgia we are blessed we can grow them twice a year

@@humbleservantshomestead7974 I'll hang in there. This Spring has been brutal with the heat and bugs. I'm trying brussels too this year. Thanks for the encouragement!
great job (new subscriber)
Homework? Yall are awesome!
Harvested my turnips and garlic leaves were hit with the heat.
Nice
Wish you could send me the beet leaves, seriously.
The beets would grow bigger if you didn't plant them so close together. It's a shame the leaves all died. As a customer, I would want the leaves. They are edible.

We plant beets twice a year. In the spring for the actual roots and in the fall for the leaf greens and roots. Our customers know that they will receive only roots in the spring and leaves and roots in the fall. They are repeat customers and they seem to be satisfied.
Was that a turnip? The leaves didn't look red.
